If you have any uncollected certificates from the 18/19 academic year, please contact the Exams Manager, Miss Kubicek, on 0121 794 2888 or email admin@healthfuturesutc.co.uk to arrange a suitable time for collection. Please note, certificates are only retained at the centre for one year, after which you will need to apply directly to the awarding body for replacement certificates.
